Deciding to face your fears and making your own decisions will enable you to accomplish more in your life, both in small and big things. This will affect your self-confidence as well and with that your own ability to take decisions.
The long-term impact of small decisions
But it isn’t just the big decisions that have a big impact on our quality of life. It’s also the small stuff, like picking the right foods to eat that stop you becoming overweight and adding to your health risks. It’s also making or not making little everyday purchases that can either lead to a mountain of consumer debt or a sound and secure financial future.
Smart decision-making is the skill that will affect definitely your overall life quality both in short and long term.
